Leotards can be made with fittings and without. We can only guarantee a perfect fit with fittings, to tailor the costume for you.
Our workshop is based in New Zealand, but we design, make and ship worldwide. Delivery within New Zealand is carried out using the company NZ Post. International delivery is also carried out with NZ Post and DHL. Delivery is carried out at the expense of the customer and is payable at the final calculation of the costume.
We will prepare a few sketches based on the information you give in the order form. You may select one or two of these sketches, or specify wishes to obtain a result closer to which you desire.
For taking measurements, you may either come into the workshop, or measure yourself and fill in the table measurements.
Before sewing of the leotard begins, the customer pays 50% of the estimated total cost for the costume. We will do our very best to meet your identified budget. As the artistic value of the completed leotard is very important to us, we will be in contact with you if there are changes.
Sewing of the costume will usually take around 2 weeks, occasionally longer, depending on the complexity of the product. Rush fees will incur if you want the costume earlier than this time. If we are sewing with a fitting, usually we will only need to do a single fitting, with rare exceptions.
When we have finished the costume, we will send you photos of the leotard, and the calculation of the final product. Once the remaining portion of the costume has been paid along with shipping costs, we will send the costume to your specified address.

We will get back to you and let you know whether there is an opening available to deliver the item for the date you need, or negotiate a date as close to your request as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Before we begin producing your order, a deposit of $100NZD must be paid within 10 days. Delay in paying the deposit will result in a delay of production and affect the shipment date. Any changes to the design or order may incur an extra charge, and could delay the shipment date.
If you choose to cancel the order after paying the confirmation deposit, the deposit will be lost.
We reserve the right to change the design of the leotard if we believe it will enhance the overall aesthetic of the final product.
Once the leotard has been completed, you must pay the remaining amount before we will ship to you.
RETURNS:
We will only offer a return if:
- The leotard has not been worn in competitions or shows.
- We receive photos of the damages.
- There is damage to the leotard due to production, and not from wear and tear.
- The leotard has not been altered in any way. (extra materials or rhinestones applied etc)
Once we have seen the photos of damage and accepted a return, the leotard must be returned within 20 working days from receipt.
The client is responsible for taking measurements, and is responsible for the outcome based on those measures.
Our products are custom made unless otherwise specified, and these are not returnable.
